Kitab an-Nikah from Mukhtasar al-Quduri
Course Overview
Study of Kitāb an nikāḥ from the famous text of the Ḥanafī maḍhab: Mukhtaṣar al Qudūrī. Despite its brevity, Mukhtaṣar al Qudūrī is considered among the most reliable and foundational books in the Ḥanafī maḍhab. Through this course, students will gain a deep understanding of the masāʾil of nikāḥ and many principles behind those masāʾil. Students will also be given opportunities to research contemporary and classical issues from other books and write assignments.
Course duration: Approximately 15 – 20 sessions
Fee: £3 / per session, £50 one-off fee
